- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils, dishes, or silverware.

- Carry food supplies, equipment, and utensils to and from storage and work areas.
- Remove trash and clean kitchen garbage containers.
- Store food in designated containers and storage areas to prevent spoilage.
